WavTool offers a variety of free VST & AU plugins that everyone — from beginners to pro music producers — can use to expand their creative options.
What is WavTool Bridge?
WavTool Bridge is a small application that allows you to use VST & AU plugins in your WavTool projects. Bridge passes audio and MIDI signals between your active plugins and the WavTool web app, and manages plugin interface windows as you select the corresponding tracks and chain editor nodes for a seamless exerience.
How do I use WavTool Bridge?
To install and run WavTool Bridge:
- Download the installer for your operating system
- Run the installer, and complete the install process
- Start the Bridge app
To find and use your installed plugins in WavTool:
- Open the "Library" panel to the right of the timeline
- Select the "Plugins & Devices" category
- Under "VST & AU Plugins" select "Find Installed Plugins" or "Scan Plugins"
- Once scanning is complete, drag any plugin into your timeline or chain editor to start using it in WavTool!
